Food:
Breakfast - a few glutino pretzels
Lunch - a few glutino pretzels with peanut butter, then to the dining hall where I had potatos and a little bit of squash, 2 turkey slices and a ham slice and OJ for my iron.
Dinner - Some vegan 6-bean rice soup (mostly just the broth and the rice though), a plain burger (I threw away the bun), and tater tots. I went back for seconds on the tater tots which was a terrible idea. I felt bad after eating the fries yesterday so I'll stay away from any even moderately greasy foods from now on.
How I was feeling: marginally better, able to hold in until I was back in my own dorm, but with lots of pain and discomfort, so ridiculously tired
Bathroom count: 6 or 7
