Breakfast - tea with lots of honey because I have a sore throat
Snack - yogurt-covered gluten-free pretzels and a couple g/l/e-free snickerdoodle cookies
Lunch - we went to a diner and all I could have was sweet potato fries and lemonade
Dinner - I smelled the raspberry vinaigrette and it smelled bad so when I made a salad I used lots of cheddar cheese so the lettuce wasn't so bad and that was definitely okay and sustainable so I had a salad with lettuce, cucumber, carrots, and cheese. And then I had steamed broccoli and mini rotisserie chicken and I had OJ for my iron
Late night snack - some popcorn (not much)
How I was feeling: not great, I kept running to the bathroom with little warning. my energy levels otherwise were really good
But I did take a shower and drink 32 oz. of water!
