Breakfast - half a g/l/e-free protein bar
Lunch - 2 slices of ham and turkey, watermelon, baked lays (I got some more baked lays after), a little OJ for my iron and then my sprite/fruit punch mix
Snack - an orange
Dinner - the other half of the protein bar
How I was feeling: Pretty good, with less bathroom breaks but it was because I missed dinner so I didn't eat much, although when I was in the bathroom I was in more pain than recently.
