Food:
Breakfast - when I woke briefly at 11 I had some gluten-free yogurt-covered pretzels
Lunch - later when I woke up again I went to the dining hall and had a mini-salad with lettuce, cheddar cheese, cucumbers, and carrots, grapefruit, and a plain burger patty and then sprite mixed with fruit punch
Snack - more gluten-free pretzels
Dinner - an orange because I wasn't very hungry


How I was feeling: Still a sense of urgency but perhaps minimally better. Energy levels good, although my hunger level is close to non-existent but I did feel better than the day before

Bathroom count: 10
