I've decided to only heath healthy foods that are good for digestion.
Here's Day One
Breakfast:
- smoothie with strawberry yogurt, frozen mango, strawberry, and mixed berry
- brie cheese
- broth
Snack:
- pineapple
- juice
- cheddar cheese
- raisins
Dinner:
- sweet potato slice w/skin
- carrots & cucumbers
- rice krispie cereal
Late dinner:
- plain fried rice w/ plain chicken
