First day of spring classes

Breakfast:
smoothie: french vanilla yogurt, frozen mangos and pineapple

Lunch:
many baby carrots
many raspberries
a little bit of crackers with cheddar cheese
tea

Snack:
box of raisins

Dinner:
- cling peaches
- deli turkey
- french fries
- chips

Desert:
- popsicle
- froyo

2 peach apple sauces

Lunch:
another apple sauce and a bowl of white rice

Dinner:
banana
(then I got hungry and wanted a change)
2 kiwi
brie cheese (which went through me so no more dairy)

Snack:
raisins

- organic peach applesauce
- pineapple

Lunch:
- Stonyfield Organic blueberry fruit-on-the-bottom yogurt
- white rice

Dinner:
- cheddar cheese
- snapple
- mixed berry applesauce

Late dinner:
- cheddar/brie cheese
- popcorn

The Start of Health: March 8, 2014

I've decided to only heath healthy foods that are good for digestion.

Here's Day One

Breakfast:
- smoothie with strawberry yogurt, frozen mango, strawberry, and mixed berry
- brie cheese
- broth

Snack:
- pineapple
- juice
- cheddar cheese
- raisins

Dinner:
- sweet potato slice w/skin
- carrots & cucumbers
- rice krispie cereal

Late dinner:
- plain fried rice w/ plain chicken
