Lunch - half of a broccoli cheese soup and an apple cinnamon fruit bar
Snack - bag of popcorn
Dinner - orange chicken
Snack - candy (dark chocolate, gummy worms, candy corn)

How I was feeling: not bad, very very hungry, possibly due to stress

Breakfast - a little pirate's booty, a little bit of dark chocolate, a bag of corn puffs
Lunch - fried rice
Dinner - popcorn, dark chocolate, I can't even remember

How I was feeling: Crohn's the same, flu-like symptoms: cough w/occasional blood in my throat when I cough, terrible migraine, dizzy, unable to stand or walk for long periods, many many near-fainting experiences, difficulty concentrating, sick in general

Lunch - a little bit of shrimp fried rice and broccoli chicken with white rice. Couldn't stomach very much
Dinner - pirate's booty, some plain lays chips, a snapple, and a cheese stick

How I was feeling: Terrible all-around. Feels like there's a weight on my chest, I'm coughing all the time and frequently tasting blood when I cough, I'm exhausted and unable to breathe well

Breakfast - 2/3 of a g/l/e-free protein bar
Lunch - some orange chicken
Dinner - a microwave bowl of white rice, a bottle of peach mango snapple some candy from my Recruitment Counselor (starburst, dark chocolate)
Late dinner - mac and cheese

How I was feeling: good, the orange chicken definitely went through me faster than other foods and there was more blood than usual so the restrictions are still prevalent at this stage with Humira. I'm giving the rest of my orange chicken to Tara though so I'm not tempted to eat it

Breakfast - I had woken up at 6 because I was sick and was too hungry to go back to bed so I had a couple K-toos, then I ate a few more when I woke up for good and then I ate a few more before lunch
Lunch - ham&turkey, a few thick homemade potato chips, watermelon

How I was feeling: Better every day!

Lunch - 2 slices of ham and turkey, watermelon, baked lays (I got some more baked lays after), a little OJ for my iron and then my sprite/fruit punch mix

Dinner - the other half of the protein bar

How I was feeling: Pretty good, with less bathroom breaks but it was because I missed dinner so I didn't eat much, although when I was in the bathroom I was in more pain than recently.

Food:
Breakfast - a few glutino pretzels
Lunch - a few glutino pretzels with peanut butter, then to the dining hall where I had potatos and a little bit of squash, 2 turkey slices and a ham slice and OJ for my iron.
Dinner - Some vegan 6-bean rice soup (mostly just the broth and the rice though), a plain burger (I threw away the bun), and tater tots. I went back for seconds on the tater tots which was a terrible idea. I felt bad after eating the fries yesterday so I'll stay away from any even moderately greasy foods from now on.

How I was feeling: marginally better, able to hold in until I was back in my own dorm, but with lots of pain and discomfort, so ridiculously tired

I wasn't very hungry today

How I was feeling: Better overall, still frequenting the bathroom but the big difference I see now is that I'm spending less time in the bathroom each time I go.

Breakfast - when I woke briefly at 11 I had some gluten-free yogurt-covered pretzels
Lunch - later when I woke up again I went to the dining hall and had a mini-salad with lettuce, cheddar cheese, cucumbers, and carrots, grapefruit, and a plain burger patty and then sprite mixed with fruit punch
Snack - more gluten-free pretzels
Dinner - an orange because I wasn't very hungry


How I was feeling: Still a sense of urgency but perhaps minimally better. Energy levels good, although my hunger level is close to non-existent but I did feel better than the day before

Food:
Breakfast - tea with lots of honey because I have a sore throat
Snack - yogurt-covered gluten-free pretzels and a couple g/l/e-free snickerdoodle cookies
Lunch - we went to a diner and all I could have was sweet potato fries and lemonade
Dinner - I smelled the raspberry vinaigrette and it smelled bad so when I made a salad I used lots of cheddar cheese so the lettuce wasn't so bad and that was definitely okay and sustainable so I had a salad with lettuce, cucumber, carrots, and cheese. And then I had steamed broccoli and mini rotisserie chicken and I had OJ for my iron

Late night snack - some popcorn (not much)


How I was feeling: not great, I kept running to the bathroom with little warning. my energy levels otherwise were really good

But I did take a shower and drink 32 oz. of water!

Breakfast - g/l/e-free baked mac and cheese
                  sm. strawberry coolatta from dunkins at airport
Snack - half of a g/l/e-free high-cal high-protein bar
Dinner - At a noodle restaurant
      I got a small indonesian peanut saute with grilled chicken and a side of small chicken noodle soup
     where I ate around the noodles.
Night snack - gluten free pretzel chips with peanut butter


How I was feeling:
Since I went to the bathroom between the drive home and the airplane ride, I felt okay during all stages of traveling. I was able to go out to dinner and hang out in Hinman with my friends for a few hours without feeling too sick. But I woke up this morning very sick and had a mini-accident.
